Is a Doctorate-level Nurse Practitioner and clinical scientist with more than 15 years of experience in oncology, clinical research, and healthcare operations leadership. Her professional background combines advanced clinical practice, translational research, and strategic management, contributing to the development of high-quality healthcare and research programs.
She currently serves as a Sub-Investigator at Total Health Research Center (THRC) and as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Southeastern Health Management Associates, leading initiatives focused on clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency. Previously, she held leadership and advanced practice roles at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Health System, including Director of Nursing for Satellite Oncology Clinics and Nurse Practitioner in the Adult Stem Cell Transplant Program.
She earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Miami, along with specialized training as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. In addition, she holds advanced certifications in oncology (AOCNP) and infusion nursing (CRNI).
Throughout her career, she has actively participated in clinical and translational research, contributing to scientific publications and multi-center studies in oncology, immunotherapy, and complex diseases. Her clinical, scientific, and operational expertise positions her as a professional dedicated to medical innovation, research advancement, and comprehensive patient care.
